What if I need to make a return?
It is our goal for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. If you would like to make a return or exchange please contact us at returns@wildolivetees.com, and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Please put your RA# on the packing slip and include it with your returned item. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. This is to protect your items from being lost or misplaced if we are not expecting your return.
All items returned or exchanged must be in their original, unworn condition. Returns in their original condition will be credited as the purchase price minus shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been washed, worn and/or damaged.
If you need to return a tee due to a defect, contact us right away. Defects aren't common, as we thoroughly inspect each tee before it is shipped, but it does happen. We will send a new tee out to you with a pre-paid mailer included in order, so you can return your defective tee at no cost to you.

Are your tees manufactured in other countries by forced or child labor?
While some of our tees are produced in other countries, they are never made by forced or child labor. The majority of our tees are manufactured by Alternative Apparel. They are a very socially-conscious corporation with very strict guidelines for all of their manufacturing facilities, especially the ones overseas. You can visit Alternative's site at http://wholesale.alternativeapparel.com/b2b/customer-service/faq.htm, and scroll down to "Social Responsibility" to learn more about their policies.
Several of our tees are manufactured by Next Level Apparel, which is also very social-conscious. To learn more about their social responsibility and policies, visit http://www.nextlevelapparel.com/61/social-responsibility.htm.
All of our graphics, as well as the rest of our tees (manufactured by American Apparel) are made in the good ol’ USA.
-
Do you ship internationally?
Wild Olive gladly accepts orders from all around the world. We ship via USPS International Priority. Please refer to the "shipping rates" FAQ for our international rates.
-
What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your package. Rates can be easily calculated simply by adding a tee to your cart and then clicking on the link "Determine Shipping and Sales Tax" in the cart on the right side of the screen.
-
How are your tees sized?
Please refer to the sizing chart for detailed information about how our tees fit. Because we offer different tees in different cuts, an individual sizing chart is located on each t-shirt page. Please refer to the sizing chart on the page of the tee you'd like to order. There is also a 'Sizing' page in the 'Tees' menu that gives a general overview of our sizing.
If, after visiting our sizing page, you still have questions regarding the correct size to order, please contact us at customerservice@wildolivetees.com. We're glad to help.

How do I care for my tee? Will it shrink when I wash it?
For best performance, wash your tee in cold water and tumble dry low before wearing. These tees have been tested rigorously by us at Wild Olive and hold up to washing and wearing remarkably well. So don't feel like you have to baby your Wild Olive tee for it to keep looking great, wash after wash.
Our Fitted tees are printed on Alternative Apparel tees. These do NOT shrink. WooHoo! Most of our Classic tees are printed on Alternative Apparel tees as well, so they don't shrink either. Please see the individual tee page for more details.
Most of our Kids shirts are printed on American Apparel "Tri-Blend" tees. These do not shrink, and wash and wear GREAT! Our Kids Chosen tees are printed on American Apparel 100% cotton tees, and we recommend ordering a size larger if you aren't sure about the correct size to order. Refer to the sizing chart for our Kids tees to determine the best size for your kiddo.

How do I submit a picture of myself in my Wild Olive tee?
We would love to see you in your tee! Send all photos to blog@wildolivetees.com. We will do our best to post all submissions, but all pictures posted on the Wild Olive website will be at our discretion.
-
Why do your designs change?
Because we like it that way! Our designer is constantly coming up with fresh and funky designs to adorn our tees, and we love to add new tees to our site. We do occasionally decide to take a tee out of our line up, so if you see something you love, buy it!
When we sell out of a certain design, it may be rerun or retired at our discretion. The good news is that with each design that is retired, chances are we'll be adding a new design to the site for your purchasing pleasure.

Does Wild Olive have any plans for designing shirts for men?
Not at this time. Since our inception we've been primarily focused on designing shirts for women, because that's where we saw the most need! As Christian women, we were hard pressed to find anything in the marketplace for us to wear to express our faith. That's why we decided to start Wild Olive.
We have branched out into shirts for children, and the feedback has been wonderful. So who knows? Shirts for men are not in our immediate future, but we've learned never to say never!
-
Why the name 'Wild Olive'?
Our name comes from Romans 11:17, "But some of these branches from Abraham's tree, some of the Jews, have been broken off. And you Gentiles, who were branches from a wild olive tree, were grafted in. So now you also receive the blessing God has promised Abraham and His children, sharing in God's rich nourishment of His special olive tree."
This specific verse spoke to us, reminding us of God's mercy, goodness and unconditional love. It depicts us, without Him, undeserving and unworthy. And yet God provides for us, drawing us to Himself and calling us His own. Wild Olive reminds us that, although we were once separated from Him, as believers, we are now part of His glorious family -- sons and daughters of the King.
-
How did you get started?
Wild Olive began four years ago with a dream. Literally. It took a while for that dream to grow into reality but, thankfully, God's timing can be trusted completely. God orchestrated the friendship between Colleen, Stefanie and Amie, and soon they recognized that they had not only a shared goal, but a passion: to be God's instrument in sharing His word in a fresh and funky way.
-
Why do all the tees have the tags cut off?
The tees we print on are 'blanks', meaning they are manufactured to be re-labeled and re-sold. Tags are required by law, so we have the manufacturer tags cut out in order to print own label into the back of each of our tees. There are many laws regarding labeling and re-labeling, and we are diligent in following all of these guidelines.
Our Wild Olive tag specifies who manufactured the tee, where it was manufactured, fabric content and proper laundering care.
-
Where are your stores located?
We are exclusively an online retailer. We do not have any physical stores at this time.
-
Will you print tees without the verse on the back?
No. All of our tees at Wild Olive are created with a purpose... the purpose of sending God's Word out into the world.
If you have any further questions, feel free contact our boss: God@wildolivetees.com.
